Our Mission

The goal of Deskan Institute and Training, Inc, is to provide youth and young adults with experiences that: Encourage personal healthy lifestyles. Encourage prevention efforts that will aid in the reduction of mother-to-child transmission of HIV virus and prevent new infections. Engage community and international health interventions and interact with mentoring health professionals.

The Food Pantry

Deskan provided grocery boxes of food to over 2,500 families. Deskan also helped serve over 21,426 meals.

The Community Holiday Giving Program distributes to over 2,000 families,

Deskan has provided clothing to local organizations that share in the cause of “Second Chance for Individuals”.
